IEP service minutes tracker · for parents

Thirty minutes a week, promised.

Did it happen?

MinutesKept is a simple Google Sheets tracker. Copy the services from your child's IEP once, log what was delivered each week, and see what's owed, with dates.

If a session is missed, will you know? By the annual review, it's your memory against a schedule. Memory isn't evidence. A weekly log is.

Track it weekly, prove it yearly.
The week school was closed isn't counted. "Owed" is your own record, to compare with the school's service log.

Questions parents ask

FAQ

What are IEP service minutes?

IEP service minutes are the amount of time an IEP says your child will receive each special-education or related service, such as 30 minutes of speech therapy twice a week. MinutesKept helps you log the minutes actually delivered and compare them with the minutes promised.

Is this legal advice?

No. MinutesKept helps you organize and document. For help with your rights, contact your state Parent Training and Information Center (free) at parentcenterhub.org/find-your-center, or an advocate.

Where is my data stored?

The tracker is a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. We can't see it. If you sign up on this page, your email and answers are stored in our Cloudflare account and never sold. See the privacy policy.

Do you need my child's information?

No. We never ask for your child's name, birth date or student ID, and the tracker works fine without them.

Do I need a Google account?

Yes, a free one. The tracker works in Google Sheets on a laptop or phone. Weekly logging is easiest on a laptop.

What if the school's service log is different from mine?

That's useful to learn. Your log is your own record; the school's log is theirs. Ask, compare the two calmly, and bring both to the next meeting.

When can I buy it, and what does it cost?

We're launching soon: $9 for the first 50 parents, then $14, with a 14-day refund. Join the free beta or get the checklist to hear first.
